The idea behind Cold Brew Chronicles is simple: I believe in the power of slow, steady growth. As someone battling a mental illness, I personally rely on small actions that lead to big results, if it’s only just surviving some days. I also believe that, much like the brewing process of cold brew coffee, the best results often come from taking our time.
